Dr Kasprick is a wonderful doctor. He is patient and let's you ask questions. My 2 surgeries went well . His office is run very efficiently and staff are pleasant . Phone calls were returned quickly and texts were sent to keep me informed of times and info. I would highly recommend him.
This was my first ever eye exam so I really had no idea what to expect. The staff was very friendly and we were seen very quickly. The doctor discovered some issues with my eyes so I had many questions. Doctor kasprick was very patient and answered all my questions. I never felt rushed so that was kind of nice. As I was checking out, I noticed Dr kasprick was at the front counter working on the computer helping another patient. I've never seen a doctor do that before. I guess that's what you do as a small business owner. I was planning on taking my script to Costco to purchase my glasses and save some money but I ended up buying my [American Made!] glasses there. Since this was my first time buying glasses, I did not want to take the cheap route and sacrifice quality; although, I'm not exactly sure what the differences are in terms of quality between Costco and a local optometrist. I simply did not want to experiment at this juncture. I will likely buy another pair at Costco and experiment with a backup pair. I feel pretty good about supporting a local business so I would encourage others to do likewise.
My first time was excel and this is my second time. Staff and provider got me in timely for an eye issue and everyone super nice. Provider took his time and knowledgeable. I appreciate that he wanted to try a conservative route but also had an alternative route for my follow up visit- if my eye issue didn’t resolve. This is my eye office. Thank you for such a great experience.
My experience with this practice, as a new patient, has been exceptional. Dr. Kaspick is thorough, kind, communicative, and just an excellent doctor. All communications, verbal and through their web portal, are clear, concise and thorough. Really, the entire staff is excellent at Northern Lakes, absolutely everyone I've dealt with. As we worked through diagnoses of various age-related issues, I came away with a solid understanding of my optical health and the decisions I likely will face down the road. So, it's all good and I have been entirely satisifed here. And the icing on the cake - I also wanted to get routine vision care through their optical shop - I found that the selection was exactly as hoped for, prices reasonable, and the fitting was the best I've ever had. I'm happy to be a new and continuing patient here, it has been a great decision.
Dr. Kasprick seems to be working in an orderly fashion to address a couple of different challenges with my eyes. While it is somewhat frustrating because we all want quick/fast results, I feel he is proceeding logically. The staff in the office are trained and do a professional job. Very satisfied.
